The focus is on quality, freshness and a wide variety. The homemade bread for breakfast is just as much an experience as our popular specialty evenings, such as Austrian or Italian cuisine.
Do you also suffer from a food intolerance? No problem! We are a member of the cooperation "Hohe Tauern Health". This means that we are specialized in the needs and wishes of allergy sufferers, from measured and certified allergy-friendly rooms to the kitchen. Our kitchen staff is regularly trained and supervised by a dietician with regard to food allergies and intolerances. If you suffer from celiac disease, lactose intolerance, fructose malabsorption, histamine intolerance, a milk allergy or other allergies and intolerances, you are in good hands with us.
